Deep Imaging unveiled its Real-Time Fluid Tracking solution on July 22, touting it as the first and only type of software capable of tracking fluid pumped through wellbores and then out to the tips of a fracture during well completion jobs. Real-Time Fluid Tracking allows operators to identify, correct, and work around problems encountered during the drilling process, the company said.
David Moore, the CEO and president of Deep Imaging, also pointed out that Real-Time Fluid Tracking would give users the tools they needed to plan ahead. “In addition to making decisions on how to design the next completion more efficiently, customers will now be able to make decisions on how to stop frack hits, see plug failures and bad cement and decide how to mitigate the impact, stage by stage,” he said.
