Apple, Samsung Face Lawsuit Over Alleged 5G Cancer Risk

Plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit filed against smartphone manufacturers Apple and Samsung claim the companies misled them into purchasing devices that emit potentially dangerous radio frequency levels.

The lawsuit alleges that top smartphone manufacturers are selling devices that exceed federal guidelines for safe radio frequency (RF) emissions. The U.S. Federal Communications Commission prohibits sales of phones that exceed 1.6 w/kg RF, while European regulators limit RF emissions to 2 w/kg.

According to the lawsuit, certain iPhone and Galaxy models emit RF levels that “far exceed federal guidelines,”  which carries “increased cancer risk, cellular stress...genetic damages, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders,” and other health problems
