Xbox Live has launched a [bug bounty program](https://www.engadget.com/2020/01/31/microsoft-xbox-live-bug-bounty-program/) for its network and services.

Microsoft is encouraging the developer community to dig for network and security vulnerabilities by offering cash payouts to anyone who can identify a bug in the system. Bounties start at $500 but go up to $20,000 based on the degree to which the unknown issue may have impacted system vulnerability.
