Voom has developed a multi-platform wellness program to address both the injuries and illness incurred from prolonged sitting. Created by two third generation chiropractors, the program prompts users to engage in two minute video ""Work"" Outs while seated for long periods of time in front of their computer, tablet, or mobile device.
