While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any industry or sector, we intend to focus on the consumer sector and consumer-related businesses, which complements our management teamâs expertise and which will benefit from our operational value add. Not only does our management team bring a combination of operating, investing, financial and transaction experience, but also has worked closely together in the past at multiple consumer companies, creating value for shareholders. Our management team is led by Executive Chairman James Kilts and CEO David West, who have collectively created approximately $50 billion in shareholder value throughout their combined 75+ year careers in the consumer industry. Our management team, including James Kilts, David West, and CFO Brian Ratzan, are partners at Centerview Capital, an affiliate of our sponsor. Our team has prior experience in raising a blank check company substantially similar to our own company and executing a successful business combination. Conyers Park Acquisition completed its initial public offering in July 2016, generating aggregate proceeds of $402.5 million, which it used to complete a business combination with Atkins Nutritionals in July 2017 and to form Simply Good Foods.
