We intend to take a patient and disciplined approach to investing with an emphasis on compounding capital over the long-term. We intend to partner with proven management teams and foster an ownership culture with strong alignment of incentives. The first step of our business strategy is to identify and acquire a company ($50-600M in Enterprise Value) that is well positioned strategically to take advantage of the growth, consolidation and disruption opportunities available in the education, training and edtech sector globally.
