EuroDry Ltd. was incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands on January 8, 2018. The Company was incorporated by Euroseas (NASDAQ: ESEA) to serve as the holding company of seven dry bulk subsidiaries that were later spun-off by Euroseas to EuroDry Ltd. EuroDry Ltd. is provider of worldwide ocean-going transportation services. The Company owns and operates drybulk carriers that transport major bulks such as iron ore, coal and grains, and minor bulks such as bauxite, phosphate and fertilizers. The Company currently has a fleet of seven dry bulk carriers, including two Kamsarmax, four Panamax and one Ultramax with a total cargo carrying capacity of 528,465 dwt's with a fleet average age of 10.6 years.
