Meridian Bancorp, Inc.'s business activity is the ownership of the outstanding capital stock of East Boston Savings Bank. The common stock of Meridian Bancorp, Inc. is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and trades under the ticker symbol âEBSB.â
