With streaming thrown into the mix, fans are consuming artistsâ music and shows like never before. Coupled with this, there is a huge increase in consumers contributing to user-generated content platforms - and studies suggest they trust user generated content 50% more than traditional media.
Music and entertainment media publishers are failing to keep up with the demand for more authentic, fan-led content.
